In 1959, the Chamber’s board obtained the building where it has been established since then.
Until it was definitely installed in Palácio do Comércio, the Chamber had changed several times the place of its headquarters, having survived to a fire that destroyed an important part of its historical archive, when it was installed at Praça do Comércio, in the beginning of the 20th century.
Installed in historic neighbourhood of Lisbon - Restauradores, opposite to the Lisbon’s Coliseu, the Chamber is located at the inconic Rua das Portas de Santo Antão, with an architectural charisma, shops and gastronomic tradition. It is a noble area with good access and ample parking spaces.
